A LITTLE ABOUT ME
So, how did a therapist end up in email marketing?
I spent years holding space for others, listening for what they weren’t saying, and helping them untangle what felt overwhelming.
Turns out, a lot of those same skills followed me into email marketing.
Now I help women take the guesswork out of email, so they can stay connected to their audience without email becoming another thing constantly hanging over their head.
And if you’ve ever stared at a blank email wondering what to say, put off sending because you didn’t have time to figure it out, or wished someone would just make the whole thing feel simpler, you’re exactly who I built Email Momentum Co. for.
HOW WE GOT HERE
My Story
Before Email Momentum Co., before the ecommerce business, before any of it, I was a therapist.
Therapy taught me how to listen, ask better questions, and pay attention to what someone was really trying to say, even when they couldn’t quite find the words themselves.
It also taught me how much I had been carrying for everyone else.
After burnout, I left. Not because I stopped caring about people, but because I needed to learn what it felt like to care about myself, too.
Then came an ecommerce business and a merch line that needed marketing. I started sending emails because, quite simply, I wanted people to buy.
But somewhere along the way, something unexpected happened.
I was writing again.
The kind of writing I’d loved as a kid before adulthood convinced me it wasn’t a real path. Except now, that writing was helping me build a business, connect with people, and turn an audience into an actual community.
That’s when it clicked.
Email could sell without every email feeling like a sales pitch.
It could sound like an actual person. It could build trust before someone was ready to buy. It could keep a business connected to the people who already said, “Yep, I want to hear from you.”
And for women building businesses around relationships, expertise, and genuinely giving a damn about the people they serve, that matters.
WHAT GUIDES THE WORK
This is What I Believe
Email isn’t just a sales tool. It’s a relationship tool.
It’s one of the few places where you get to have an uninterrupted conversation with the people who already chose to hear from you.
You don’t need to become a “marketing person” to be good at email.
You need to understand who you’re talking to, what matters to her, and what you want your email to do. We can figure out the rest.
The person reading matters more than the size of the list.
There’s a real person opening your email on the other side of that screen. I want what lands in her inbox to sound like you and give her a reason to keep opening.
And email shouldn’t make running your business harder.
You have enough decisions to make already. Whether you want to write your emails yourself, work through them with me, or hand them over completely, my job is to make this part of your business feel a whole lot clearer.
Email Momentum Co. is what happens when all of those pieces come together.
READY FOR SOME EMAIL MOMENTUM?
Let’s talk about what email could look like in your business.
You don’t have to know exactly what you need before we talk. Tell me what’s happening with your email marketing, what you’ve been trying to figure out, and where you could use some support. We’ll take it from there.
